Aqua Mix Seal & Finish Low Sheen is a water-based acrylic sealer and finish that combines stain protection with a durable low-sheen appearance. It eliminates the need for separate sealing and finishing products, can be used as a pre-grouting sealer and allows moisture vapor transmission.

Recommended for
Clay pavers including Saltillo, terra cotta and adobe, cement tile, quarry tile, slate and sandstone.
Common applications
Suitable for floors, patios and other textured stone or tile installations where some surface sheen is desired without the stronger gloss of High-Gloss Sealer.
Coverage
Approximately 300–1,000 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface type, porosity, texture and application conditions.
Important: Not recommended for glazed ceramic or porcelain tile, countertops, pools, showers or other areas subject to standing water. Exterior applications have additional moisture requirements. Always test first and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
