Refund policy
Stern Supply accepts returns of unopened liquid products for a full refund, not including shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Respectfully to our customers, we will not re-sell returned liquid items after extended unknown storage conditions, as we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the product's formula.
