Miracle Sealants 511 Seal & Enhance is a one-step solvent-based penetrating sealer and color enhancer designed to provide strong stain protection while deepening and rejuvenating the natural color of stone and tile. It eliminates the need to apply a separate impregnating sealer before using a color enhancer.

Recommended for

Common applications
Suitable for countertops, backsplashes, bathrooms, showers, entryways, floors and other residential or commercial stone and tile installations where richer color and stain protection are desired.
Coverage
Approximately 250–4,000 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity, texture and absorption of the surface.
