Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus is a solvent-based penetrating sealer designed for highly porous stone, tile and grout. It forms an invisible barrier that helps resist moisture and stains while allowing moisture vapor to escape, without changing the natural appearance of the surface.

Recommended for

Common applications

Coverage
Approximately 500 - 4,000 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity, texture and absorption of the surface.
